Surgeon Training Workshop

One of the main things that Xiros is committed to achieving is confident relationships with the surgeons who use our products. As part of our ongoing commitment to these relationships our Neoligaments division recently held a Shoulder Injuries product training workshop for surgeons interested in our shoulder solutions portfolio. The training focussed on surgical approaches to the repair of acromioclavicular joint injury using the Infinity-LockTM Button System, and rotator-cuff repair with the Leeds-Kuff PatchTM. The workshop was led by industry leaders Matt Ravenscroft and Toby Baring, and was held at the Smith & Nephew Surgical Skills Centre in Watford. Surgeons took part in classroom and lab-based peer to peer learning sessions, practical demonstrations, and discussions. We received a great deal of positive feedback from those who took part and there was a high level of interest in the use of our featured innovative orthopaedic solutions.
